Support Groups

We offer group counselling to support people who are grieving the loss of a loved one and who are experiencing life transitions. Our groups are small in size and offered face to face or online. Our aim is to provide you with some additional understanding of your grief experience and to give you the opportunity to learn helpful strategies from others who are in a similar situation. Many people find that this type of support helps reduce the feeling of being alone in their grief.

Our group experiences include:

  • Grief support for men
  • Grief support for couples
  • Grief support for professionals
  • Pre-retirement support for individuals 60-67 years of age
